Nothing. All I was saying was that there were never any "options being weighed" publicly by Nate, his family, or the UT coaching staff. All the speculation was media and fan driven.

Nate's plan from the start was one year here and then enter the draft, and there was never any wavering because of draft position or anything else outside of the media and some of the fan base.

I get the plan, just didn't think he was really good. ALL potential and had a horrible shot, clumsy and was just decent at getting to the line and shooting free throws. Happy to see him go to the draft and getting drafted early. Happy to invest in 20 plus year olds vs 17 year olds all day long when they want to play 1 or 2 years max.

It's not a matter of how good he was, but how good he potentially might be.

The NBA draft, especially in the lottery portion of the 1st round, is more about speculation than college stats and results. It's why so many upperclassmen who were great players in school slip to late 1st to 2nd round picks - they are essentially seen as 'finished products' for the most part without the upside of a raw 18-year old with the kind of physical attributes that Nate possesses.

Nate is 6'10" (and still growing) with the ability to handle the ball and score at all three levels, traits that are uber-rare for a player with his size and wingspan. He's definitely a project, but the potential upside is what a rebuilding team like the Bucks is focusing on.

He was better than decent at getting to the line, and his shot motion isn't "horrible"
