Amateur Hour Continues

I have , she’s not a winner for me at all but she gets credit from me for having a backbone , and not taking the road of you can’t call out the front runners and the party no matter what . That being said , if she would drop the gun grab and health care for all , run as true independent she would probably pull enough votes to be a serious problem for both sides .
Uh did you watch the last debate? There was somebody else calling out the front runners and party all night.

No I missed it . Pete needs more sass , until the heavyweights like Hills start calling him out he’s just there . Start making some waves and break out the pimp 🤚

Pistol Pete was on point the other night in the debate. It resulted in him passing the Bern in Iowa in the latest poll.

The Bern is done , Bernie bro’s gonna have to decide on who they want to vote for next . The original socialist has ran his course .

Is your Pete love why your so flabbergasted about Tulsi's sudden popularity tonight?
Nope, not worried about Tulsi at all. I just think it is weird that almost everyone on this board that screams about being conservative has suddenly latched on to a candidate that supports Medicare for All, a living wage, and removal of subsidies for fossil fuel industries.

She's already a winner on VN. Although I'm not sure why. It is like no one on here has looked at her campaign website and what she is proposing.

I actually have, and I disagree with her on many things. I was intrigued by her. She hasn’t backed down, military vet and all. But yeah, her website mentioned “assault style weapon ban”, free this and that for everyone type crap so I can’t support her.

Thank you for actually looking at her stances on issues. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad people are considering voting for Tulsi over Trump. But this Tulsi love train on the board makes no sense to me. She is left of several candidates running.

I think "intrigued" is precisely the word for Tulsi. Her looks (particularly how she wears the uniform) and what she has done (serve in the military) are a breath of fresh air that gets a lot of attention. Once you look beyond that, she's simply not electable. Like taking a Ferrari and dropping in a Yugo engine ... bummer.

Finally caught people's attention.

So if Tulsi is left of Pete, and I decide to back her, does that mean I get to refer to you as a Red Hat?

It's really unbelievable that a few radicals can stop what the majority wants.

The electoral college says hi!

Of course the electoral college is actually worse. Instead of just being able to veto or scuttle something, it has the power to put in place only something a minority of people want. It'd be like a minority nixing Chick Fil A and deciding the replacememt was going to be an lgbtq vegan cafe.

It's not anything like that.
The rules were in place before the election for over two hundred years. You'd think you would have learned to deal with that by now.

Write your Congress person and have them propose an amendment to change the process. When it fails, will you stop the whining?

Of course you won't.
