With the early signing period, the coaching search is rushed. Why not use the ESP as a weapon against our rivals? Make the head coach less important. Double the salary of our top rivals' staff talent/ retain Gillespie. You have to think a number of recruits will come with the primary recruiters they've built a relationship with. There's not much in the way of head coaching wins atm, give fans something to be excited about.
TLDR: Buy staff and recruits from rivals, lessening the impact of average HBC hire.
