Alternate unis for Saturday

almost home! Flying in from NY to knox for the Florida game and am hearing lots of chatter from within UTAD about alternate unis this weekend. Anyone else heard similar?

UT is going all in on this game: CheckerNeyland, huge recruiting weekend, Lil John, over 300 former players returning.... Expect butch to pull out ALL the stops on this one. He knows it could be remembered as the game that changed it all.

Only problem is if we lose, will be one of the more devastating losses in recent memory.

Don't be shocked to be shocked with unis/ helmet on Saturday...

I disagree. A devastating loss would be at the hands of Chattanooga.

Has anyone seen the shirts they made for the game? It has the two mascots on the back and smokey is wearing an orange jersey with grey shoulders. I would post a pic but I deleted the email

Yes, Chattanooga would be devastating, but it's time to end the Florida bs. This game should be a blowout.

The alternate uni was the grey jersey with the orange checkerboard shoulders. Butch shot it all down.

Orange and white for the home team, the way it should be if Tennessee is going to repeat 98 and 04 at home.

He did say no grey unis, but I think it would be pretty bad A if they had something different. Orange on orange would be pretty sweet too. I guess we will have to wait and see :dance2:

Possible. I think it would look decent on the Orange jerseys. I just think if you're gonna checkerboard something it shouldn't be with the greys

Haha, yeah, first loss to UTC in 60 some-odd years.

One of the fraternity houses at UTC has part of the goal post from that victory in their downstairs party area.
