The WR from Blinn hasn't even played this year so maybe he's gone, and we 3 left, maybe 4 if the kid from MD grayshirts. Does Butch let any comitt(s) look elsewhere if he can get the higher ranked guys he really needs, if things don't work themselves out?

By the way, we just moved up from 4th to 2nd in the 247 recruting rankings, stayed the same at no. 2 on Rivals, and just moved past Alabama to no. 1 on Scout. With the past few years we've had, even getting really spanked by Oregon and Bama, these guys are buying into what Butch is laying down.

I've followed recruiting heavily for the past 6 years. Like you, I always wondered about the numbers. However, as you said it will work itself out. Theres always 2-3 who will not qualify academically. 2-3 who leave because they get offers from their dream school.

I think everyone has been saying the Bryant kid will be an academic casualty and of course jackson probably want be part of this class and I think we lose someone else so I am saying we are at 25.

Dew, the kid from Maryland will NOT grayshirt. Purdue is interested in him and he has said that he will not grayshirt, so he now has other options.

bUTch either is committed to signing him or he lets him go to Purdue.

Some feel the twins may wait till December to commit to line up with when Eric committed. With so few spots left, it could be Dec before we see anything else play out.

Another DT would be possible I guess before Dec.

Teams can only sign 25 players per year. Teams can back count players on the previous years class to sign more than 25. Only 85 total scholarship players total.

It will work out every year 3 to 4 will change there minds, plus we will get one or 2 that we have not heard of it like a big DT. In the end if we stay top 3 find the tallest mountain and climb it and when you get to the top sing ROCKY TOP ALL NIGHT LONG.:lolabove:

I don't think HS and JUCO DT's are comparable unless the HS kid is a 5 star. I just think most often linemen need a year or 2 of development before they're thrown into the trenches. We need the JUCOs because we had such a lousy 2012 class and Mosley can't help all that much with that.
