This win is important regardless of competition, the Vols stayed on the gas all game. The 2nd Unit kept the tempo and defense on point! No cardiac moments and not one major miscue. Great tuneup game!

I liked CJH's mentality. THe guys have been wroking hard all summer. 1st game. Put away early as it should have been. Get everyone in the game and on the field while you can. May not see it agian rest of year. All the Qb's got to take snaps. Seemed like an appreciation game to the players before the road gets tough.
