During the duke game jay bilas said that Kentucky should be a higher seed than TN. I actually ran it back and rewatched to make sure I heard right. But sure enough. He said something like “the hay is already in the barn”. Wtf. How on earth could anyone have Kentucky seeded higher than us at this point? I’m not nearly as into college basketball as I am football but...I was certainly thinking a no1 seed would be in play if we beat ky and won the sec tournament.
Anyway...it might almost help us if we end up a 2. We’ll definitely wear that chip well. And to reach the final 4 we’d have to beat the 2 anyway (if we’re a 1) or the 1 if we’re a 2. So it doesn’t matter that much.
