I forgot to take pictures but I did some sliders on the flat top tonight. 80/20 Angus 3 oz patties. 1 had Swiss and sautéed mushrooms and one was bbq, bacon and cheddar. Both on buttered and grilled English muffins.

The Swiss and mushroom was the best but both were killer.
