I just had a 3 egg omelet. Red and green bells, jalapeño, banana peppers, onion, black olives and garlic. Liquid smoke, Sriracha Mayo and black Truffle olive oil.

Just started using Liquid smoke with my eggs. Game changer.

It's pretty strong but not that bad imo.

I know I've told this story before... while we were in a Alaska, someone opened a restuarant under the guise "True Southern BBQ". WTH, we'll try it.

We made the 90 minute round trip to Fairbanks in -30 temps. We got the BBQ home. Looked good! Smelt good! Taste was, however, hep me Lawd!
I bet they used half a bottle on a pound of meat. It was awful.
