Looks like it was outside maybe under the pool overhang? The afternoon sun seemed to be glowing off of it. Could have been inside with a real exhaust hood system.

Many times. My mom always ordered her oysters half cooked. That was the best way I could tolerate them. When I said good for you, just good to see anyone getting out and enjoying themselves.

Yeah, it's not a Smithey but it's just as functional. It's a cast iron skillet with a lifetime warranty and $70 cheaper, it ain't rocket science. Bonus that it's American made and even better it's made in TN. I have a Lodge 12" and a Cuisinel 10".

I actually don’t know Smithey.

My favorite cookware, lodge cast iron and Le Creuset Dutch oven.
