We went to Alleia Saturday when I got back into town, and I got pizza (was more tired than hungry and just enjoyed being out with my husband.) Anyway, the first bite was like "WHAT THE HOLY DAMN?" My lord, it was amazing! I looked it up the next day (I was tired, and just ordered the mushroom pizza), and it has to be the truffle, right? mushroom • preserved truffle • mozzarella

If they serve dishes with truffles I imagine they make thier own oil, so I would guess it was the oil. It's my understanding that most truffle oil you buy doesn't actually use truffles, it's made with a synthetic compound, but if a restaurant uses truffles, the oil is probably really good.
