Ok, I hit reply, and I’ve tried it twice, but it’s not showing @Behr’s original post asking what’s missing at Publix, but anyway...

Yes, there are times that I can’t find Bibb lettuce, or red leaf lettuce, or thin asparagus, or Yukon Gold potatoes, or other random things I’m looking for. I still like Publix enough to hit it on senior Wednesday’s after visiting the Golden Girls (moms at the nursing home), but it’s kinda frustrating when I go there for a specific produce item, and it’s not there.

It’s just surprising for an otherwise great store.

I actually like Publix for certain things, Ingles, only for my Jamaican patties and walker wood products. Kroger’s is where I go for the bulk. Hate Food City, that grocery store is junk and over priced.

Probably would work in Memphis. You can get chicken parts or ground beef in the frozen food section.
