I'm thinking the Luxardo cherry juice which is thick as syrup, mixed with your blackstrap molasses and muscovoda sugar for canndied bacon and/or bacon jam...
Also some heat added like Habanero, Scotch Bonnet or just crushed red pepper for a salmon glaze.
