Folks need to remember their Grandparents' home cooking. That is the best food ever. 90% of Restaurants are about the $$ not quality. Very Few "Catfish Restaurants" actually serve CATFISH! (Sway from Asia---ala Cracker Barrell) RED LOBSTER (and Most others) serves Nasty Farm Raised Asian Shrimp! Very Few "Steakhouses" actually serve USDA CHOICE BEEF ( LONGHORN among them) We are being fed Junk. (Exceptions noted, but FEW) . Learn to cook and work it in your schedule. You will live healthier and longer. I learned from restaurant Management; so yes, I'm qualified. And I tell it like it is, knowing some will take exception. I can't worry about that.
