They have a great crunch. They’re good for the outside of stuff when you want a crisp crust.

Can you make them with veal or ground beef? Not much of a poultry person.

I don't like blue cheese so I subbed mozzarella cheese for the blue cheese in the recipe. Also used Buffalo sauce instead of making the sauce.

I was talking to a person that had the gall, the gall that stated they didn’t like hot sauce. Who are these people?? I absolutely love GRACE’‘s scotch bonnet sauce. It goes in and on top of everything.

Not sure. Even though it makes Squirrely mad, I use ground chicken in my chili and don’t notice much difference. I think the texture might be different, but probably ok to use beef
