I was doing a crispy polenta recipe that called for a 1/4 cup of roasted garlic cloves. I made at least one cups worth and wasn’t paying attention and put all of it in. It was quite garlicky, vampires stayed away that night.

They go by “Papa’s Fajitas” at the various incarnations of Papas and Beer here (Mamas and Beer, El Que Pasa, etc)

I don’t know why I bother to look at the menu any more. nom nom nom

When my wife and I first got together she was feeding her kids turkey bacon. They had never had actual bacon. Now they won't even think of eating turkey bacon. I win.
