Cool. I guessed the jam and goat cheese would have overwhelmed the burger, it looked like alot. It definitely sounds good.
I don't really understand how you go about making bacon jam?

I had a salad yesterday that was fantastic, but the candied bacon tasted like Beggin Strips smells.

I remember it's mainly bacon, sugar, onions and coffee just cooked down like you'd do fruits. Id try it but I'd hate wasting the bacon for something I just don't think I would use often.

I may research it a bit just so I know.

I honestly couldn't tell if I was tasting it or not, but the combination of the whole thing was delicious!!!

Aight, pretty sure I've become a bacon jam expert, with the help of Jamie Oliver and his book The Naked Chef and Alton Brown.

Also, I think we can do better with the candied bacon than wherever you had them on a salad that tasted like dog treats smell.

The best thing about bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp and Pig shots are having them the next day. The worst part about that is they're so good you hardly ever have any left over. That is the case today.
