I don't care if it doesn't perfectly fit their declared positions, this is my team:

Chris Paul - 19 and 9, .590

Kevin Durant - 28 and 8, .582

Lebron James - 27, 8, and 7, .624

Kevin Love - 25 and 14, .569

Dwight Howard - 20 and 15, .555

Yeah, this is all derived from advanced stats. The one that may not fit what the establishment thinks is Ryan Anderson. That dude has been a top 10 NBA player so far this season. Unbelievable efficiency:

16 ppg, 7 rpg, 1 spg, .597 TS %, and maybe the most impressive stat: 0.6 topg. The dude does not make mistakes. He maximizes his touches (and doesn't do what most forwards do: moving screens, charges, etc.).

I'm shocked you didn't have Kevin Love down for MVP.

He was better last year. And even still Lebron this year is better than Love last year.

Also, I think once wins produced was calculated with all 82 games, Dwight Howard was on top, so he would've been las year's MVP. I believe when we had the "Love is MVP" conversation we were 60 something games into the season (or at least that's what my data reflected).

I'm pretty sure Jeremy Lin has the Most Improved Player award locked down.

OP is one sad, misguided basketball soul. Appreciate the enthusiasm for basketball and the passion to promote your agenda though.

What's especially funny about this is PTI talked about his chances for MVP yesterday. He had a much better season last year. I wouldn't put him in the MVP conversation based on what's happened so far this season.
