a couple things come to mind.

Is this going to shift schedules going forward?
I think this is only the first step. will schools cancel practice? does spring football become summer?
you can pretty much bet UT wont do the orange and white game
keeping it football related, will schools have to call off recruiting? does calling off or limiting recruiting shift that calendar.

lots of dominos.

The WHO doesn't control countries. China's failure was covering it up to start with.
No, the WHO does not control countries.

But they can issue guidance that is followed by many. They do help dictate health supply chains and distribution of materials. They can make public statements that influence how nations act. They are an information source that capitulated to the Chinese and failed to do their one job.

NCAA cancelled all winter and spring sports championships. Baseball, softball, tennis, etc.

What a total over reaction.

Seniors better get another year of eligibility and scholarship limits lifted to accommodate the returning players and incoming freshman.
Not an overreaction. This is the only way to slow down the progression. When you see the new case numbers going down like China and South Korea then everyone can start to relax some and the World as a whole can start the recovery.
