Alex Owah Reopens his Recruitment

As a junior, Owah received scholarship offers from U.Va., Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Division I-AA James Madison. Tennessee and West Virginia also were interested at the time. In a brief interview Thursday, Owah said Connecticut, Marshall and North Carolina State have shown interest since hearing of his situation with U.Va.

did not meet UVA's admission standards and is now looking elswhere. He did meet all the normail requirements to be admitted to a Div 1 school.
