Yea, I believe youthful offender status is available until 21. typically granted to those for committing minor, non violent crimes as long as they don’t have a criminal past.

My wife was the nursing director at the biggest health department in Middle TN for a few years.
She mostly worked STD patients. Her stories used to crack me up. The reactions of patients to their positive STD tests were priceless.
