Even in cases of rape or incest. Seems designed to force the Roe issue with the new Court.
Aside from the political debate, I recommend you read some of the highlights of the floor debate. Apparently one can still get an abortion as long as she doesn't know she's pregnant, which is mind numbingly incoherent.
And the answer? Because it takes 7 to 10 days for the woman to know she's pregnant as that is how long it takes for "all those chromosomes and all that."
Glad such smart people have thought this through.
