He looks like a perfect replacement for Velus. If there's a position that a true freshman can have an impact at the college level, it's WR and perhaps RB. Should be an interesting battle between he and Hyatt. The x factor is that we really, really want Hyatt's brother. Maybe Hyatt can get stronger and make a move to the outside opposite Tillman and Squirrel can take the slot?

Overall for the freshman class, the biggest note is the guys that are adding good weight as a result of the nutrition program and the strength program. It’s been huge for guys like Squirrel White, who’s working to get big enough to be a factor at receiver and maybe even as a punt returner as we expect he will get a look there.
