It's amazing to see our guys hang in there and play like men. The culture at Tennessee has clearly changed. We don't quit anymore.

I don't normally believe in moral victories, but our overmatched team acquitted themselves well today.

Hats off to our coaches. Congratulations to our players. I look forward to seeing Florida once the talent level has evened up some. Too bad for the Alligators that Armageddon never quite happened.

A-to the mothereffin'-men.

You play the game to win. It's all or nothing. But the Vols showed that they will not be written off.

The offense may be short-handed, this may not be a team that'll win 8 or 9 games....but, dammit, the program is in good hands...and it's on the rise.

They kept battling and made plays late in the 4th quarter, even after the clock said they had very little chance to come back and win.

The contrast between today and the 2007 game is enormous.

I like how this staff never backed down....Fulmer would've wet his pants after the Tebow TD but they stood tall.

A solid effort in the loss. I love the fact that this team never looks rattled. The offense is rather weak but at least we don't see false starts, delays of game, illegal formation, confusion, etc. They did well with what they have. Florida did not get the blood they wanted.

This is what I was thinking. How long has it been since we had a team that didn't quit when they were down. I was thinking if Fulmer was still here Florida would have scored two more times in the fourth.

Ha!!! The way you spelled that out made me realized we've had one laying on the table unused: Muthakiffen. That's got a ring to it. Now, off to the lab to experiment with how to apply it

What I love about Kiffin is that he is very upset about the loss. He came in expecting to win. Screw moral victories (even though this is as close to one that I can think of). Kiffin is going for the kill and he is not satisfied until he wins and wins again and again and again

agree, but disagree. The weakness on this offense is one player deep. Very proud of the line, the backs, and, frankly, the way the recivers get open. So, not really disagreeing, just verbalizing the bright spots

I can agree but that one spot is the most critical and impacts evey aspect of the offense.

I have to disagree with you. OL played good today, but its still not at the level we need to be competitive with the top 10 again.
