For my 30th birthday I'm getting script on the inside of my left bicep. I was wondering if anybody experienced had any advice for me? I'm not rushing this. I've thought about it for a few years, and decided on this specific tattoo a year ago:

"Quis custodiet ipsos custodes"

or

Who watches the Watchmen?

LOVE that saying!!! I don't have any tattoos there, but I do have four tattoos elsewhere, I've heard its a rough spot, but not at all intolerable. The horror stories I always heard about the pain of tattoos had me half terrified, but its honestly not even truly what I'd call painful at all. Go in with the mindset that its gonna be the most painful thing in life, that way when you actually feel it, you'll be pleasantly suprised that it isn't. Tho I have heard that girls have a higher pain tolerance, so maybe its just cause I'ma girl :) I'm sure you'll do fine. Post pics when u get it!!!

BTW, I will be getting the tat in January (when my birthday is), so for all of you (1 person) clamoring to see the pics, you'll have to wait.
