My grandfather left me his old acoustic guitar. It is an older Gibson that has the cigar burst look to it. I took it to my girlfriends uncle's house who owns a very nice Taylor acoustic and he was nice enough to restring it for free. It sounds great now and I look foward to learning to play it. What king of guitar do you have and do you play a lot?

I used to play shows here and there around Portland, but I pretty much just play an hour or so a day to myself.

I play an old, beat up Ibanez Preformance model that my friend sold to me for 20 bucks. I flipped the strings on it to play lefty- a la Kurt Cobain.

My bud, on the other hand, play a Larrivee, one of the sweet acoustics I've ever put my hands on. The fret action is smooth as silk on this thing.

I have a late 90's Epiphone Acoustic, I almost never use it. I have a early 70's Tele Deluxe and a 2004 Schecter S1+ which has become my main guitar.

Amps are quite varigated. Vintage stuff plus a couple of the newer Kustom amps I am modifiying.

The Gibson you have could be a very nice guitar.

Washburn Acoustic. I play mostly for myself and also a few times in my church worship band. I first started playing about seven or eight years ago but only started playing and practicing more seriously about a year and a half ago.
