Hey everyone, I know I haven't said much on this board in the past, but today I am very happy to announce that I will be attending the University of Tennessee this fall!!!!!

My name is Denton and I have been a Vol fan my entire life, my dad grew up in Tennessee and growing up in a military family kept me from where I was meant to be :)

Last year, I attended Northwest Missouri State University, and started my freshman year for the D2 Bearcat football team.

Im sure Tennessee is going to be very different from places ive lived like Missouri, Germany and England but I am excited to be around people with the same kind of passion for the school's tradition as I am.

More importantly.. This fall will be my first ever Tennessee football game! I can't wait!

The day I was accepted to UT, my father's half of the family was pleased and my mother's half of the family was disgusted (Bama fans). Any way, good luck, congrats, and enjoy yourself!

Strong Safety and Kick Return, the only upside I really had was that I ran a 4.5, which is good for a D2 school

6'0" and 210lbs running a 4.5 isnt an undersized strong safety at all.

Why are you giving up football?

Atta boy Volholla! Dude you should try and walk on, might not play but like they said if you get to dress that would be awesome

If you want to play, I wouldn't worry about your size because you're not really undersized at all.

we still need a DT! thats enough size not to get knocked on your can and run through a crack in the line. you'd be like a down blitzing LB. lol. i hope you can dress and walk on. put your heart and soul into it. that will take you further than your size anyways. best of luck to ya and congrats!
