Tremendous game. The Big Orange truly stood toe-to-toe with the nation's no. 6-ranked team. Worley showed significant improvement and Butch and his staff made some gutsy, creative and highly productive play calls. Despite the sorry officiating which gave Georgia seemingly 17 opportunities to score the tying touchdown, this is a game that Butch can build on for the future.

The game itself, atmosphere and inspired play of our warriors had to have impressed our boatload of recruits. Take time to heal, recover emotionally and BEAT THE SNOT OUT OF THE CHICKENS!!

Some will say that there is no such thing as a good loss. I disagree that was one helluva SEC slugfest that was ultimately decided by the refs. Great effort from the team for 4 complete quarters. If I was a recruit and was in Knoxville today you would have to want to be a part of what you saw. Go Big Orange!

Excellent point. If I were a betting man, I dare say that Josh Malone, among others, came away favorably impressed with the progress made by our passing game today. And the crowd finally "played" like the twelfth man of old.

It will hurt but I bet the team is excited to get back and work on a few things.

This effort will be infectious.

I have not been this proud of our guys in years! We fought all the way to the end! ITS GREAT TO BE A TENNESSEE VOL! I hate to see opposing players go down, but when you play TENNESSEE you better remember your band-aids!
