Take players of best-seller "Red Dead Redemption": those caught cheating in the single-player campaign had to replay the game while connected online until they reached a certain point for their ban to be overturned
.

Why would anyone care about glitching or "cheating" in single player campaign??

not sure, but i think anyone caught cheating should have all achievements taken or their gamer profile stripped. Make 'em start over on first offense and just ban 'em after 3. I don't care about single player until it translates over into multiplayer and ruins my affection for playing on live.

Why would they even care what someone does playing the campaign by themselves? Thats stupid...online cheaters yes..but single player is stooopid!

Achievements and being able to take single player achievements like weapons into the mulitplayer world are the only reasons I can think of anyone would care if you cheat on single player

I think that this was just a throw in to the article, ie the fact that they can do so if they want to.

I can see all the pasty fat kids having a fit and talking about calling their congressmen in protest, before forgetting about it and wanking to some anime.

Cheating at games is gay to the man on man penetration level, I cheated one accomplishment on FIFA and felt like a carp afterwords.

Only time i ever use codes is i've beaten the game and gotten the achievements. Then its usually just for money like for forza. I still feel like crap using them though.

The modded controllers for the 360 aren't that good. The button locations are usually in an awkward spot to use effectively and yes they are cheating. All they do is create a fully auto trigger for semi-auto weapons. It's the same as using codes or glitching IMO. If you can't beat someone straight up, GET BETTER. Good choice turn3!!!
