About the X's & O's or Jimmys & Joes?

Right now, it looks like that we have the Jimmys and Joes (talent), but I'm not sure about the X's & O's. The X's and O's are a direct reflection on coaching and player development. Heck, even if we did have subpar Tennessee talent, that would still be a weak excuse (i.e. Boise State/Wake/Rutgers)

Rivals and Lemming seem to have thought some of these guys were good.
