About contacting recruits

I was reading on another board that someone talked to Coach Bagget about fans contacting recruits. He said that it hurts our recruiting In a tangible way and drives away prospects. They have to spend time putting out fires because fans contact recruits.

Forget the NCAA violation, stop it because it hurts our team. Also, just because you recently got a BS media credential doesn't mean this doesn't apply to you. It especially applies to you.

So, the creepiness and violations hasn't stopped you. Stop because our coaches say stop. You're scaring off the beasts. No matter what they say, they don't like it. They are just scared to blow you off because you exhibit homicidal tendencies.

If some of the people on this site are contacting recruits, I can understand why they'd go elsewhere. But it brings up an opportunity. What about posing as a bama fan on a bama site and acting like a fool to all Bama recruits?

A-freaking-men. I have no respect for any grown man who would stoop to the level of even friending a recruit on facebook, much less contact one. Anyone who pulls crap like that is a complete tool.
