I didn't see them play. However, I think you are severely underrating Kareem. Dude put up a 35/16.6/4.6...at 24!

From 1969-1986, Kareem averaged 26.4/12.1/4.0 and shot 56.2% and 72% from the line.

In his eleven year prime, Kareem put up 28.1/14.1/4.4, along with 4.6 stocks (3.4 blocks and 1.2 steals a game), and shot 55.6% from the field with a nice 71.5% from the line. I mean...that's pretty damn incredible.
