That was a great interview. When you have high-quality staff willing to move that quickly to come home to Tennessee, you know you've got something special. I see good things coming.

This is a definitive departure and addition for the Kiffin regime. It signifies an unwillingness to accept any behavior that may interfere with the chemistry of this coaching staff.

Ironically, some critics are pinning this on Monte or Orgeron and crying nepotism. Where were those critics when embedded staff members from previous teams were running our best recruiters out of town?
