"Tennessee QB Hendon Hooker was terrific in Tennessee’s 34-27 overtime win at No. 17 Pitt. In OT, it looked like he’d run for an 18-yard TD, only to have it waved back for holding. So on the next play, he threw a 28-yard dart to Cedric Tillman in the end zone. The Vols are far from a finished product — they nearly blew it with turnovers and other miscues on several occasions — but Hooker can carry them on his shoulders when needed."

I love Hooker, but he could've played a lot better. He actually overthrew more open receivers than Milton did against Pitt last year. Clean that up and we can win a lot of games a lot more comfortably than we did yesterday.
I agree with you mostly but don’t forget Hooker got so much better as the year went on last season! Other than the Ga game he was pretty much gaining momentum weekly. That is by far the worst we have played as a team under Heupel mistake wise and we still won! The good coaches and good teams find ways to win games even on their worst days and for once our boys did exactly that!! No doubt we loose that game last year
