Rivals asked 4 top-rated players, being recruited by FSU, Florida and Miami, to anonymously respond to questions about their recruitment and their impressions of the three schools.

Their responses are not off-the-wall, but are sometimes contradictory, and certainly reflect the maturity level of most 18 year olds. You also see them stating with confidence things they cannot truly know--which really is the recruit's predicament in a nutshell: who do I decide to believe?

I'm posting this now only because I just read it. This is not in response to Higgins's announcement or an indictment of his process.

I don't know about that. There was just as much negative there as positive for the Gators.
