What was the opinion of all the announcers and such regarding the fumble by UCLA right before the safety? I was in a bar (no sound) and saw what clearly appeared to be a fumble yet it was not called that way even after the review. Why?

It was ruled a fumble... But in that situation it has to be clear that UT recovered. It was not clear, therefore UCLA kept the ball.
