I just wanted to take a moment and appreciate the fact that, for the most part, everything about Tennessee basketball is positive. CBP has taken us back to the dance starting 3 freshmen, which bodes very well for the future, also he's given us a national presence which I dont believe we have ever enjoyed. People are excited about Tennessee basketball and we're on sportscenter (not just because we just fired our coach). It's just nice and I wanted to bask in the orange glow for a moment. Of course I wish I could be as positive about our football team, but it's hard to find a silver lining in a beatdown by Arkansas and another loss to Florida.

I think what you mean is that it is typical for me to expect us to compete with UF & LSU and I would answer with a resounding YES!!

ahhhhhhhh, ok, people make take issue with me, but I only want to see Tennessee on the same level as UF, LSU, etc

I think we can all agree we would like UT to be on those levels to but we don't all sit around and take a jab at the football program and the coach everytime we get a chance...

some of us do, lest the nation become complacement with mediocrity and at peace with a 2nd tier sec program

someone was asking for a LBSU prediction and I thought I would time in with a pro-wrestling cliche, but I guess the joke didnt read as well as it sounded.

When the hell is Basketball season going to be over, so we can get on to more important things around here like firing our FB coach!!!!:banghead2:
