At 4.9 in the forty, he seems kinda of slow for Sumlin. His former QBs could make plays with their feet
Reggie McNeal 4.32
Case Keenum 4.76
Manziel 4.53
Will Sumlin make his spread more one dimensional to mimic what Leach, Ou and Okie Lite run?

The jury is still out on talent from Lake Travis IMO. Still can't get the images of 5* Garrett Gilbert trying to QB a college game out my head. If he was from Westlake I would feel different...a lot of great college talent has passed through that school. They might be able to get him up to Keenum's speed. They also have a very talented backfield, and with a 4* RB from a very respected Texas high school program already committed for this class, the offense might change to reflect this. If Sumlin is a good coach (and I am sure he is), he will play to his strengths, and this may cause a shift in style.

Lake Travis reminds me of Southlake Carroll when Todd Dodge coached there...great teams with very little D1 talent. Time will tell though.
