ESPN dude said "we knew Tennessee's Defense was going to be good but I was more impressed with the play of Jonathan Crompton"....he will be fired Tuesday morning since it's Labor Day weekend!!

Yeah I just heard him say that. A little suprised by it. He also commented on the defense.

I agree. One victory does not a season make but this was a very big W for Crompton IMHO. He looks much more comfortable with this set and good Lord does he have some weapons to work with! We've got some freshmen that need to grow up but that'll happen quickly. But overall they generally ran a much more pro set oriented offense scheme very well. Zone blocking was good and not too many mistakes. Defense? I don't know who was more disgusted in giving up the shutout - Monte or the defensive unit out there. But that was about the only flat spot I saw from them in the third quarter.
