Do you guys think that the UT/Cal game will be on Gameday? This is our competition thus far:

Alabama-Birmingham at Michigan State
Ball State at West Virginia
Baylor at Texas Christian
Bowling Green State at Arizona State
Central Florida at Florida
Central Michigan at Kansas
Colorado State at Colorado
Eastern Michigan at Michigan
Florida International at Penn State
Georgia Tech at Notre Dame
Houston at Oregon
Idaho at Southern California
Kansas State at Fresno State
Kent at Iowa State
Louisiana Tech at Louisiana State
Marshall at Miami (Florida)
Navy at Temple
Nevada at Nebraska
New Mexico at Texas-El Paso
New Mexico State at Oregon State
Purdue at Toledo
San Jose State at Stanford
Southern Methodist at Texas Tech
Tennessee at California
Tulsa at Oklahoma
Virginia at Wyoming
Washington at Syracuse
Washington State at Wisconsin

I think it helps that the game isn't in Knoxville, considering ESPN hates us.

 It's going to be a long offseason.

:lolabove: I agree. Especially with the bad taste left in our mouths. :ermm:

Looks like the only competition would be GT vs ND. Wouldn't that also be Jimmy's first game?

Yea, I think ND would be their choice. Especially so they can get to promoting Jimmy nice and early in the season.

Hate ESPN all you want to. I would curl up in the fetal position if they took it away.

I cannot believe that I have just agreed to couple the trip out to California with a hike up Mt. Whitney, the highest point in the lower 48 states.

I will be the one in the stadium with an orange shirt and a green face, still suffering from altitude sickness. Yeesh.

Good point. With that game not being on the ABC/ESPN network, they may not show up there. Plus, has Gameday ever been to Berkley?

If they're smart, they'll be in Gainesville to witness the true beginning of the Tebow Era Reign of Supremacy. I know I'd tune in for that one.

I dont know. Gameday was there for gt-nd last year. Of course this wont be as newsworthy...no #2 ranking for nd, no Quinn, no Calvin Johnson.

I think we got a decent chance, or them going to so-cal because usc will be #1.

NBC just owns ND's homegame contract. This year the game will be in South Bend.

even then it's possible ESPN goes there. ESPN realized they ticked off a lot of people by only going to games they had on either ABC or ESPN.

...which brings me to the queston . . . Why do people get so worked up over this?
