Kyle Guy went straight up and had his legs taken out from under him. Clear foul. Carsen Edwards kicked out his leg and fooled the officials into calling a foul that wasn’t. Completely different.
The refs did miss that double dribble on Virginia, but they also missed some Virginia players get hacked in the post several times, so it evens out

I hate to see any team get screwed by bad officiating. The no call on double dribble was the difference. Pathetic, but consistent with officiating all year.

I would bet that you did not think it was a violation when it happened.

I called double dribble when it happened, but sh!t happens. I was for Virginia anyway, so I'll take it. And, that was a foul against Guy, much more obvious than the one called on Turner against Edwards.
