Here are a a few things that scream out to me that Fulmer should have been let go a few years ago...it's just now becoming more and more obvious because people are exploiting these atrocious weaknesses:

1) Our O-line is typically stale to lame. He's an offensive lineman himself and yet our O-Line typically stinks...

2) Our special teams will end up costing us more points than it ever scores - a net loss.

3) Not to put too much weight on preseason rankings, but we rarely finish better than we are ranked early on.

4) 3rd and it-doesn't-matter - We will (choose one of the three) 1) Up the gut 2) Draw 3) Screen pass

5) Call a "trick play" that is supposed to exploit a pattern (of the opposing teams defense) that our O-Coordinator picks up on...however we typically call a trick play that exploits one of our own weaknesses.

6) Too stubborn - If CPF wants to run the ball, we will run even if it costs us the game. Case in point - last year vs UF.

7) We are PREDICTABLE!!!

8) We are actually pretty bad about getting our second string guys any playing time....which always hurts you next year.

9) We are too conservative. Being conservative is a short-sited game plan. Teams that lay it on the line will have some big downs, but they will also grow and have some huge ups...

I'm not going to bash Phil, however, I've always been a big DISbeliever in conservative play calling for the long haul. Phil has had his run....it's time to step aside.
