The view of Neyland from Henley street is still beautiful.

The sea of orange flocking to the stadium for the vol walk is still one of the more amazing sights.

Seeing the team for the first time this season still gives me chill bumps.

I still almost lost my voice before the game even started cheering while the band played and opened up the T.

Seeing the team run through the T for the first time this year still gave me bigger chill bumps.

I still sang "Rocky Top" every time the band played it.

The stadium was still pretty full. Not capacity, granted, but still a lot of people.

I, and everyone around me, still cheered their hearts out for our volunteers.

We are still Tennessee, and we always will be.

good post. they looked good for the first game. i thought th stadium should have maybe been sold out. that would have left a mark on recruits. believe it even though if it was only ut martin. next weekend in my opinion is where we see where we are far as talent and "heart" goes. hopefully the stadium is filled too capacity! it really needs to be seriously! sure hope they come out ready to grill some duckmeat!! go vols

Not that many important recruits came. Two recruits are committed already. Big boy recruits will be at the big boy game next week. It will be packed!

+5 Heh how was gate 21 in person along with all the upgrades????

Even more impressive in person than in the photos that have circulated.

Attendance was 99,183 I believe... Wish we could've cracked 100k.

Michigan, with their renovations, broke 113K!

I don't care how many seats they add in Michigan. They still suck.
