Hey guys, just let me state upfront that this is not a pity post at all. I get up early every morning and go to work and work my tail off and even work overtime. My wife miscarried our second child just a few months ago and left her out of work for a little while. Covering two salaries is hard to do but we have managed to do it and we should only be tight for a couple more months. My five year old son, an avid vol fan was so excited back in the spring to go see UT open up in the dome. Needless to say things got tight and still are and there's no way I can pull these tix for me him and my wife. I had to tell em the other day and he's been heartbroken ever since. There's realistically no way we can make it to Neyland for a later game this year. My question is simple and I am just reaching out so if I get some no's or can't help ya, I perfectly understand because I know most of you are really looking forward to this game. I was just asking if there were three tickets out there anyone would wanna give so I can make his dream come true to see the opener. If anyone can help, I appreciate it and if not, thank you for your time anyways. Go Big Orange and let's have a heck of a year.

Yep!! They won't be 50 yd line or nothing but I would get you 3. My first game was UT vs Army and I remember what an impression it made on me. Me and my son can meet you there. Just ask for a beer or two prior to kickoff ;-)

Do you wanna meet up or you wanna mail em to me in case our schedules don't coincide on game day, or whatever you wanna do.

I’m sorry but what kind of person goes on a sports message board and does the pity thing for football tickets….we’re not talking medical help…food….or shelter but football tickets…have you no pride, self respect or dignity…

I can't decide if I agree with this guy or not.

5012, this is about my son, things are tight and I am just trying to make his dream come true. Pacer is a gentleman for helping me out and I fully appreciate it. I do have dignity and respect, all I did was ask for help on this. I don't want conflict.

Pacer, nosebleeds would be fine, anything would work, he will get to see his first game and will fully appreciate anything.
