just finished my pre-game round of golf and swung by the cal campus

lots and lots of orange about. perhaps even more so than blue.

I just got a call 5 minutes ago from a friend who graduated last year and works in the bay area. She was out with some friends who wanted to know why everyone was wearing orange this weekend. She immediately recognized the culprit and called me to ask...."Why are people from your home state invading my town??"

I love it!! She then proceeded to ask if I thought Cal would get it handed to them as hard as last year. I said...I don't know...which is harder...to take a loss in front of 100,000+ of your opponents fans or in front of 60,000 of your own?
