Is UT going to give Fulmer a contract extension and a raise if he goes 9 & 5 this year? He's got 4 losses now and the prospects of losing a bowl game are very good. UT could finish out of the top 25. Think about it..................

i think ut wins their bowl game. but hamilton and the extension issue is beyond ridiculous. i just don't understand how he could have said that with games left on the schedule. you have to let stuff play out before you make that kind of decision. hamilton didn't do this and may very well pay for it.

He gets one no matter what cause Hamilton LOVES him and UF choked away the East.

Personally I still think he needs to be fired. I know we went to the seccg but we really didn't deserve to be there, a team that gets blown out by it's 2 biggest rivals doesn't deserve much of anything. We will lose our bowl game, hamilton will wonder why he made a rash decision unless he's happy with a program that finishes with 8 or 9 wins a year and no championships. I thought hamilton was going to show guts and get the program back on track, I could understand if we had won a conference championship lately, but 10yrs that's a long long long time

I'm 50-50 on CPF but give credit where credit is due. I mean he got this team to the SEC championship. Defense had to replace a lot of talent in the secondary( M.Johnson, Inky, Fellows, Gaines, and Morley) and the WRs never had a gamebreaker show up all year......etc.
Also, Hamilton isn't afraid to make a change when it is needed. I trust Hamilton. I think last year CPF didn't get a raise because he wanted his assistants to get a bigger than usual raise and he got them two year contracts rather than year to year contracts as they normally had.

Hamilton is the biggest homer in the whole athletic department. Phil homer that is. That raise and extension is as good as in the bag. What a idiot.
