#8 Rockets vs. #1 Thunder

I think this is only ny 2nd time this year watching Houston. I really like them, alot of fun

They are a massively up-tempo team. If you let them play their game they can put up 130 points. A good defense can slow them to a halt.

Good effort by Houston tonight. The zone gave OKC some trouble, expect to see more of it.

Before the series started I told a friend that I'd start Beverly over Lin, just for his quickness if nothing else. Proved to be a wise move by McHale.

Thunder are gonna win this series but Houston has a chance to make it interesting if they can just limit their turnovers.

Westbrook undergoing surgery torn meniscus. Timetable for return uncertain.
WOW

OH DAMMMNNNNNNNN. That might have just costed OKC the title.

It seems whoever is the healthiest in the West will win the conference. Every team has a significant injury right now other than Houston/Memphis

The one good thing for the Thunder is the playoffs drag out for months. If they can get past round 2.. he may have a chance of playing again. If it was just a scope job.

Atleast we know Durant can score and they have D.Fish as a backup. It isn't like the Bulls losing Rose last year

Here's to Beverly catching a bow to the face, for costing the Thunder a chance at the title.

Coulda been the 1 seed. Having Durant and Harden right now while Westbrook is out would be better than having Durant and Martin

Well they are the #1 seed in the West and are 6 games behind Miami if you mean the #1 seed in the championship. But, Miami rested their players for quite a few games and after they lost their winning streak. Probably would have finished with a better record if needed.

So who knows.

I'm still not ready to crown Miami, personally. I think teams that give them a mismatch with size still have a punchers chance. I thought Thunder had the best chance but Pacers/Knicks in the East and Grizzlies/Clippers in the west shouldn't be discounted. It wouldn't be likely but they all have legit centers and power forwards. Well, minus the Knicks. They picked Kenyon up off the street to play power forward lol. But, Jordan/Griffin, Gasol/Z-bo, Hibbert/West and Chandler all present a mismatch for Miami. All of those centers are mismatches.

90% chance the Heat will win another championship but I'm not ready to concede defeat. Pacers were up 2-1 on them last season. An older Celtics team took them to 7. And the Thunder won 2 games as well. The Heat's route to the championship didn't go as smoothly as some people seem to remember it.

They also didn't have Bosh for most of those games though
