(Mariotti)
He started claiming that the inflatable Berry jersey had to be a violation and got muted and had half his points docked. First off after that

Blackistone and Plaschke sell; think it is a waste of $ because we don't have the QB or RB to win a significant # of games

Woody buys, says he and Wojechowski (sp?) are coming out of pocket to push UT's agenda here and backing up the Alma Mater; Berry was a consensus AA, Monte says he should be the #1 pick in the draft; he is clearly the best D player in the country, so why not Berry?

This is what was said, pretty much...

Yup. The appearance consisted of a Buy or Sell question regarding UT's campaign for Berry for Heisman.

ya mariotti basically said that we dont have a qb or any running backs so it doesnt matter. completely ignorant because hardesty and poole will be solid. he probably doesnt even know who hardesty is which is great journalism on his part. and oh ya we have a guy named bryce who he will know all about very shortly, not to mention oku. blackistone said this is ridiculous because tebow is going to blow everyone away in this competition. but hes missing the point, we obviously know that it would take a miracle for berry to win but this campaign is ment to get him the recognition he deserves. woody was on board and he was holding up the new rocky top book. mariotti is a monster dooooooooosh

You don't.

Although, this year everyone will be a distant 2nd to Tebow. No matter their statistics, how many game changing plays or if they find the cure for cancer, it's Tebow's regardless. The media is fascinated with him right now and IMO, they are looking forward to giving him the title of "Greatest College player of all time". The heisman will just be the icing on the cake.

I'm sure Tebow will probably have an amazing year and be very deserving of the award, but I just don't see the media being fair towards other players that may be just as deserving.

I thought Tebow already found a cure for cancer?

At least that's what ESPN told me.
