Not so sure it wasn't more execution than play calling. ..maybe I fault some of the calls that got us into some 3rd and longs. JG was so bad especially on 3rd down

I think it’s partially a product of JG’s nerves. It’s hard to explain why he misses so many important throws. All his success comes on early downs. When we absolutely need a throw em he almost never delivers. I’d say that sc lost this game more so than us winning it

Just too pass happy man. When you see your QB is struggling chill out. Especially when we are abosuletly gashing them in the run game

We were 1/12 on 3rd down conversions tonight according to CBS sportsline.

It was a mix imo. JG couldn't execute the air attack, and the coaches didn't adjust for whatever reason. Also between missing a couple key defenders and all the overall missed practices/scrimmages I'm not totally shocked on the outcome of the game. We won on talent and luck.

I didn't, but despite that, I expected more out of our offense and qb. This wasn't their first rodeo by any means. On another note, I thought our defense performed well aside from Slaughter's rookie mistakes. DL can use more work, but they weren't bad overall.

Yeah, H.B. needs reps asap, and I think the Oline will get better.

Chandler was money this game. Constant 4-8 yard rushes. Just didn't feed him nowhere near enough

7 minutes to go we get the ball at the 50. We needed a 4 minute drive right there,we came out with 1 run and 2 passes, one of which was a drop.i think we burned less than a minute on that 3 and out fiasco.

It was actually 3 passes. I was infuriated

Fulmer and Cutcliffe were pretty good at clock management. Pruitt needs to go back and watch some old games where we would grind out 7 and 8 minute drives with a comfortable lead.
