3rd Down Play Calling Horrendous

I think it’s partially a product of JG’s nerves. It’s hard to explain why he misses so many important throws. All his success comes on early downs. When we absolutely need a throw em he almost never delivers. I’d say that sc lost this game more so than us winning it

All play calling was. There is no reason our RBs should only have how combined carries? 25 at most?

Well, Pruitt did say in one of his last pressers, That they would have to call basic plays since they've been having to quarantine/not be able to practice fully. Did everyone forget this?
I didn't, but despite that, I expected more out of our offense and qb. This wasn't their first rodeo by any means. On another note, I thought our defense performed well aside from Slaughter's rookie mistakes. DL can use more work, but they weren't bad overall.

Yeah, H.B. needs reps asap, and I think the Oline will get better.

Bigger problem was that we had a lot of 3rd and longs. You're not going to convert a lot of those, unless you're a Mike Leach coached team playing LSU (apparently).

Which we wouldn't of had if we would of...I don't know ran the freaking ball

The QB throwing behind open WRs made it look worse. I disagreed with the 3rd and long run play, but thought Chaney called a decent game overall.
7 minutes to go we get the ball at the 50. We needed a 4 minute drive right there,we came out with 1 run and 2 passes, one of which was a drop.i think we burned less than a minute on that 3 and out fiasco.
