Worth it? If you like watching movies and have a nice HD set it is. If you don't have an HD set or watch many movies (or buy them), probably not.

There are currently 138 titles produced on HD-DVD. Blockbuster online and Netflix both have HD-DVD if I'm not mistaken.

This is a steal. Remember as I stated earlier... with the proper software player and driver you can hook it up to your computer and watch HD-DVD movies!
